Shipping Policy
The best coffee is fresh coffee. That’s why we ship coffee within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. You will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Delivery Charges
Desk Pilot Coffee ships via United Parcel Service. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. For orders placed through our Web site, shipping rates are as follows:
